Crepe Paper Technique

Hey its Em here again.  This week I just wanted to share a quick little technique video I have made up.  On my layout I have used WOW heart banners (C1434), Key padlock (C264) & a flourish.

I have used crepe paper on the heart banner and this is what the video is all about, Have a look.

    This is a beautiful layout Em - and I love the crepe paper idea, and the colours are supurb....

    Great layout Em! Thanks for showing us how you cover chipboard in crepe paper...I would have been sticking it on with glue, then painfully trimming each piece with a craft knife! I'm so trying this technique!!
